Three points for the Three Arrows after three goals in the final 20 minutes propelled Sanfrecce to victory in Tosu.

Cerezo Osaka 1, Albirex Niigata 2

Eitaro Matsuda and Yuji Ono fired Albirex to a lead and the visitors made it stand up against 10-man Cerezo to put some space between them and the relegation zone.

Avispa Fukuoka 0, Tokyo Verdy 1

Hiroto Yamami’s cool finish was all Verdy needed to pick up three points in Fukuoka and make their way up to ninth place.

Urawa Reds 3, Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo 4

What a game! Sapporo went up 4-0, led by Musashi Suzuki’s brace, but they had to sweat it out late as Urawa stormed back to nearly complete a late comeback in a seven-goal thriller.

Kashiwa Reysol 2, Kawasaki Frontale 3

It was back and forth between Kashiwa and Kawasaki but Yasuto Wakizaka won this exciting match in the 79th minute for Frontale’s first league victory after five consecutive draws.

Júbilo Iwata 1, Kyoto Sanga 2

The electric Ryo Germain put Júbilo in front, but Sanga scored two late goals in the space of a few minutes to take all three points back to Kyoto.
