Table-topping Zelvia was at it again with a dominant win in Kyoto, riding goals from Oh Se-hun, Na Sang-ho and Mitchell Duke to a three-goal win that could have easily been four or five.

Vissel Kobe 3, Albirex Niigata 2

A five-goal thriller in Kobe saw the reigning champions survive a nervy ending as Albirex nearly came back from two goals down.

Kashiwa Reysol 1, Kashima Antlers 2

Kashima striker Aleksandar Čavrić scored in front of the away end two minutes into stoppage time to deliver the Antlers a dramatic victory that took them up to third place.

Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo 1, FC Tokyo 2

FC Tokyo conceded within five minutes, but the league’s top attack brought them back on top with goals by Kota Tawaratsumida and Diego Oliveira.

Gamba Osaka 1, Cerezo Osaka 0

Derby Day was won by the Black and Blue half of Osaka as Takashi Usami’s terrific strike from 20 yards gave Gamba all three points.

Sanfrecce Hiroshima 2, Nagoya Grampus 3

It was a thrilling back-and-forth affair in Hiroshima, with Sanfrecce coming back from two goals down; however, a late own goal sealed the win for Grampus, sending them back to Nagoya with all three points.

Urawa Reds 2, Yokohama F·Marinos 1

Atsuki Ito was the star of the show in this battle between last year's continental champs and this season's AFC Champions League finalists. He scored twice to lead the Reds to a win that has Urawa back in the top half of the table.

Tokyo Verdy 3, Júbilo Iwata 2

J1’s top scorer Ryo Germain found the back of the net again, but it was yet another episode of the Late Show with Verdy. Yudai Kimura took centerstage and scored in the ninth minute of stoppage time to make sure all three points stayed in Tokyo.

Avispa Fukuoka 1, Kawasaki Frontale 1

It looked like Shin Yamada’s fantastic solo effort would win it for Frontale, but Kazuya Konno equalized five minutes from time to split the points.

Shonan Bellmare 2, Sagan Tosu 1

Cayman Togashi put Sagan in front early, but Bellmare stormed back with goals by Sho Fukuda and Hiroyuke Abe to move out of the drop zone.
