FC Tokyo on Wednesday announced that popular Japanese hip-hop group RIP SLYME will perform before the club’s 2016 MEIJI YASUDA J1 League season opener on Saturday, February 27.

The group will perform the club’s official 2016 supporter anthem which has also been named as the theme for the upcoming film ‘BAILE TOKYO’ - a documentary focusing on the club’s 2015 season.

The match against 2015 MEIJI YASUDA J2 League winners Omiya Ardija will kick off at 19:00 at Ajinomoto Stadium.
