Ventforet Kofu on Tuesday announced the appointment of Tatsuma Yoshida as the club’s new manager.
The 42-year-old coached Kashiwa Reysol in 2015 before taking charge at Albirex Niigata this sea-son until his September 27 dismissal.
“This club has received much of its strength from the passion and love of the people who live in this region and worked hard to develop long-term stability,” Yoshida said.
“It’s an incredibly valuable opportunity and a challenge I accept with great responsibility.”
Ventforet’s former manager Satoru Sakuma will remain with the club as its general manager.
