Kashiwa Reysol midfielder Akimi Barada will miss the next four weeks due to an injury, his club announced over the weekend.
The 25-year-old suffered a torn muscle in his left thigh in his team’s June 25 match against Shonan Bellmare in the final round of the 2016 MEIJI YASUDA J1 League First Stage.
Baraja has one goal in 14 appearances for Reysol this season, helping his side finish seventh in the initial half of the campaign.
