Masato Morishige will be suspended for FC Tokyo’s trip to face Kashiwa Reysol in the MEIJI YASUDA J1 League on Sunday.

The defender, hero of the capital club’s 3-2 win at Nagoya Grampus last week with his brace, was shown a straight red card in the 86th minute.

Morishige will therefore miss the trip to Kashiwa Stadium, a major blow to Hiroshi Jofoku’s men given the 28-year-old has started in all five of this season’s league games.

Hideomi Yamamoto will also miss Ventforet Kofu’s match against Shonan Bellmare after being sent off in their 2-1 loss at Urawa Reds last Friday.
