The J.League U-18 Selection fell 4-0 to the Japan High School Selection on Saturday morning in the NEXT GENERATION MATCH.

The J.League side attempted to set the pace early at Nissan Stadium led by FC Tokyo U-18 starlet Takefusa Kubo, but struggled against determined opposition.

Goals were scored by Riseisha striker Shuto Machino, Toko Gakuen midfielder Yoshiki Torikai, Yonako Kita striker Ryusei Ito and Nagasaki Institute of Applied Science striker Mizuki Ando.

The result extended the J.League’s winless streak in the NEXT GENERATION MATCH to a fifth year.
