The J.League has announced that  Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. will be the Super Cup Partner for the 28th consecutive year, having started with the first competition in 1994.

The FUJI XEROX SUPER CUP 2021 will be held on 20 February, 2021 (Sat) at the Saitama Stadium 2002. This competition will mark the beginning of the 2021 season and as every year is expected to draw wide attention. The match will feature the 2020 MEIJI YASUDA J1 LEAGUE champions Kawasaki Frontale and the 100th Emperor’s Cup winners (to be determined on 1 January, 2021).

In case the winner is not determined within 90 minutes (45 minute halves), penalty shootouts will take place.
Up to 5 substitutions allowed, maximum of three opportunities to make substitutions during the match (with the exception of half-time).
