Omiya Ardija defender Kohei Yamakoshi has signed a Pro A contract, the club announced on Friday.
The 23-year-old qualified for the contract upgrade after reaching 450 minutes of play in this season’s J.League Yamazaki Nabisco Cup earlier in May.
“As a player my challenge begins now, so I want to remain humble and continue to work hard every day,” Yamakoshi commented.
