Albirex Niigata on Thursday confirmed the signing of defender Kisho Yano from Nagoya Grampus.
The 32-year-old full-back spent the majority of his J.League career at Albirex between 2006 and 2012.
He notably also played one and a half seasons with Germany’s FC Freiburg, before transferring to Grampus ahead of the 2013 season.
“I’m grateful for the chance to play for Albirex Niigata again as I’ve never lost my deep connection to the club. I want to fight hard together with everyone,” Yano said.
