Cerezo Osaka vs Kawasaki Frontale – Free Live Streaming on the J.League International YouTube Channel on October 3!

It’s a clash between MEIJI YASUDA J1 LEAGUE heavyweights as league leaders Kawasaki Frontale visit Cerezo Osaka at the YANMAR STADIUM NAGAI!

Global fans in certain markets will be able to catch this MEIJI YASUDA J1 LEAGUE broadcast on the official J.LEAGUE International YouTube channel on October 3rd at 15:00 JST.

The highlight of the weekend fixtures is the second-placed Cerezo Osaka’s redemption attempt against the formidable, Kawasaki Frontale, to close the 11-point gap.

A do-or-die for Cerezo, six points are at stake for the Miguel Ángel Lotina’s boys. A win at the Yanmar Stadium Nagai would narrow the gap to eight, while a loss would widen to a devastating 14. Having lost a humiliating defeat of 5-2 to Kawasaki last August, ‘redemption’ is the key-word for the Osakans; to do so, keeping Kawasaki’s impeccable arsenals at bay with the Cerezo-like defense and finding a winner through artisan Hiroshi Kiyotake would prove to be decisive.

*Broadcast only available to audiences in the following countries.

The J.League International YouTube channel broadcasts a free J2 match every round.

On September 30, we will offer the match between Ventforet Kofu and Tokyo Verdy from Match-day 23!

The home side Kofu are unbeaten in seven matches, but have not been able to win recent matches, drawing in the last four. Since their defensive unit remains solid, they will need to improve the aggressiveness of their attack. Meanwhile, Tokyo Verdy are gaining momentum, having defeated league leaders Giravanz Kitakyushu last Sunday. If they can repeat their win against Kofu in the first half of the season, it would give them an even greater boost.

The match kicks off at 19:00 (JST) on September 30 (Wednesday).

Mito Hollyhock vs Thespakusatsu Gunma – Free Live Streaming on the J.League International YouTube Channel on September 27!

The J.League International YouTube channel broadcasts a free J2 match every round.

On September 27, we will offer the match between Mito Hollyhock and Thespakusatsu Gunma from the Match-day 22!

The home side Mito managed to defeat league leaders Giravanz Kitakyushu in the last match-day. Their attacking department has produced nine goals in the last three matches, and the two-top formed by Kazuma Yamaguchi and Masato Nakayama in particular is in great form. Meanwhile, Gunma’s two-match winning streak came to an end as they lost to Avispa Fukuoka last Wednesday. Still their performances have greatly improved compared to earlier in the season, and they have played impressive games against strong teams. Since Gunma lost to Mito when they met in the first half of the season, they would want to show their improvement through a victory, also to move up the table.

The match kicks off at 16:00 (JST) on September 27 (Sunday).

Ehime FC vs Albirex Niigata - Free Live Streaming on the J.League International YouTube Channel on September 23rd!

The J.League International YouTube channel broadcasts a free J2 match every round.

On September 23rd, we will offer the match between Ehime FC and Albirex Niigata, from Match-day 21 of the J2 League!

Home side Ehime FC were defeated by Thespakusatsu Gunma in their previous match, their third loss in a row. The team has badly missed the contribution of their strikers: can they help to generate a positive result this time? Albirex Niigata also are in poor shape. They come from two consecutive losses, having succumbed to Giravanz Kitakyushu and Tokushima Vortis. While their defense seems sufficiently well-oiled, in their case as well is the attack that needs to produce more.

The kick-off is at 19:00 (Japan time) on Wednesday, September 23rd.

Montedio Yamagata vs Giravanz Kitakyushu– Free Live Streaming on the J.League International YouTube Channel on September 19!

The J.League International YouTube Channel broadcasts a free J2 match every round.

For Match-day 20, to be played on September 19, we offer the game between Montedio Yamagata and Giravanz Kitakyushu.

How far will the seemingly unstoppable Kitakyushu's run continue for? In their previous match, they topped Albirex Niigata and achieved their second consecutive victory. New heroes Kenta Fukumori and Wataru Noguchi are leading the team through an exciting season. On the opposite, Yamagata are in a slump: no victories in their last four games, in which they have scored only once. They desperately need their offensive players to improve their game to be competitive in this game.

The match kicks off at 18:00 (JST) on September 19 (Saturday).

The J.League International YouTube Channel broadcasts free J2 matches every week.

For Match-day 19, on September 13, we offer the game between Avispa Fukuoka and FC Machida Zelvia!

The home side Fukuoka have won the last two matches while keeping clean sheets. Daiya Tono, who scored in two consecutive games, is now their key player. Meanwhile, Machida’s four-match winning streak came to an end when they drew with Zweigen Kanazawa last Wednesday—but they are still unbeaten in six! They surely regret not being able to keep their lead against Kanazawa, and they will surely focus on game management, should they go ahead in this game.

The match kicks off at 18:00 (JST) on September 13 (Sunday).

Tokushima Vortis vs Zweigen Kanazawa – Free Live Streaming on the J.League International YouTube Channel on September 12!

The J.League International YouTube Channel broadcasts free J2 matches every week.

For Match-day 19, on September 12, we offer the game between Tokushima Vortis and Zweigen Kanazawa!

Tokushima Vortis currently sit in third place, only two points behind Giravanz Kitakyushu, and have a possibility to reach the top of the table. They are eager to extend their winning streak to three games through their aggressive playing style and solid defense—which kept a clean sheet in the last two matches. Kanazawa also continues to perform well, currently unbeaten in four matches. If young attackers like Raisei Shimazu and Mutsuki Kato can display another great performance, they have enough quality to give a hard time to the title contenders.

The match kicks off at 19:00 (JST) on September 12 (Saturday).

They feature the worst defense in the league, which already conceded 33 goals, and need to improve to start picking up points. Meanwhile, Omiya are undefeated in their last two games and showing signs of improvement. They could not overcome Fagiano Okayama on Saturday, but their new signing Ibba claimed his first goal.
