Avispa Fukuoka 0, Tokyo Verdy 1

Urawa Reds 3, Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo 4

What a game! Sapporo went up 4-0, led by Musashi Suzuki’s brace, but they had to sweat it out late as Urawa stormed back to nearly complete a late comeback in a seven-goal thriller.

Kashiwa Reysol 2, Kawasaki Frontale 3

It was back and forth between Kashiwa and Kawasaki but Yasuto Wakizaka won this exciting match in the 79th minute for Frontale’s first league victory after five consecutive draws.

Júbilo Iwata 1, Kyoto Sanga 2

The electric Ryo Germain put Júbilo in front, but Sanga scored two late goals in the space of a few minutes to take all three points back to Kyoto.
