General Notes

• Please enter through the entrance indicated on your ticket.
• Please note that some of the content, etc., may be changed.
• If you are late, you may not be able to experience the activity. Please arrive in plenty of time.
• Please be aware that photos and videos of you may be used for publicity and commercial purposes by the event organizers and sponsors, as well as in media reports. We will not accept any claims regarding portrait rights in relation to this.
• There is a possibility that the media will be filming on the day. We will take care to ensure that individuals cannot be identified when the footage is broadcast, but please understand that filming will be taking place.
• Persons who are intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or chemicals, or wearing costumes with threatening, insulting or discriminatory expressions may be refused entry.
• All footage (including still images) taken in the stadium may be used in various programs for news and other purposes, as well as for various sales and promotional activities.
• If you do not follow the instructions of the staff, you may be asked to leave.

Notes on ticket sales and seating types

• Sold at a fixed price.
• Only QR ticket issuance
• QR ticket payments can be made using Google Pay, Apple Pay.
• There is a limit of four tickets per person.
• Cancellations are not possible after purchase.
• If you are using a wheelchair seat, please purchase the number of regular seats for the number of people, including the caregiver, and then contact “[email protected]”. We will transfer you to a wheelchair seat.
• Coupons cannot be used.
• All seats are reserved, but individual seats cannot be reserved by customers. Individual seats are automatically assigned by the system.
• Pre-school children can watch the game on an adult's lap for free if they are seated on the standard seats, but if they are going to participate in other activities, including using the lounge, they will need to purchase a ticket for each person.
• For elementary school students and above, regardless of the type of seat, you must purchase a ticket for each person.
• Please note that the Standard does not include lounge access or buffet and free drinks.
• "Cheering" for the opposing club and 'wearing or using cheering goods' as described in the seating chart are prohibited.
• The price per person is for suite, and it is not a chartered boat.
• With the exception of Suite, seat types marked “Kobe” are on the north side, and seat types marked “Hiroshima” are on the south side.
• Suite Kobe is located in the north, and Suite Hiroshima is located slightly north of the center.
• We will give you a souvenir with a design that matches the name of your seat.
• Please note that you will be interacting with club alumni and mascot according to the type of seat you have.
• If you do not follow the instructions of the staff regarding the various activities, you may be asked to leave.

Notes on viewing the trophies

• You must not touch the trophy.
• Depending on the crowd, it may not be possible to take photos of the trophies individually.

Notes on the buffet and free drinks

• If you become ill and cause a problem for other customers, you may be asked to leave at the staff's discretion.

Notes on visiting the press conference room

• This is a tour of the press conference room. Please note that you will not be able to observe the actual conference.

Notes on bus arrival

• Taking photos of players while they are standing still and requesting autographs is prohibited.

Notes on interaction with club alumni and mascots

• If the staff judge that an action is causing trouble for club alumni or the mascot, they will give you a warning. Please follow the instructions of the staff.
• Please note that depending on the crowd, it may not be possible to take photos.
• We regret that we cannot accept requests for signing.

Notes on visiting the pitch level

• Eating and drinking are prohibited.
• Please wear shoes with soft soles, such as sneakers or sports shoes. You will not be allowed to enter with shoes with hard soles, high heels, or pointed footwear such as spikes.
• Entry onto the natural grass is prohibited.
• Taking photos or live streaming that may cause trouble for other companies is prohibited. Also, taking photos and videos will be done under the direction of staff.
• The use of cameras with telephoto lenses (those with a focal length of over 100mm), monopods and tripods is prohibited.
• Please bring rain gear if it rains, as you will not be able to tour with an umbrella.
• Depending on the location, there may be areas where construction is taking place. Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for accidents that occur in the field.
• Please make sure to observe the designated areas as designated by the staff.
