The social media platform will be used to share information about the club with supporters in Japanese.
Indeed, Vissel were able to publish a celebratory post last weekend when the team defeated Ventforet Kofu 4-1, a result that lifted them up to ninth in the league.
Fans can now follow the account at @vissel_kobe.
